Kim Kardashian is reportedly desperate to get those last few pounds off and has allegedly gone into "extreme dieting mode" to get down to her goal weight ahead of her wedding to Kanye West.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star dropped an impressive 50lbs after giving birth to her daughter North West, thanks to the Atkins diet, but now Kim has allegedly got back on the diet wagon and won't drink anything but water to shift those last 5lbs.

Kim, 33, is reportedly set to marry Kanye in Paris next month, and this means that Kim is serious about shifting the weight.
A source told OK! magazine: "She doesn't really drink, but she likes a glass of red wine with dinner and coffee in the morning but her Atkins mania won't allow her those anymore. She won't even have a sip."
Kim is back on a high-protein diet, and has been eating a diet mainly of lean protein and green vegetables to help her drop the weight. But she's worried about slipping up and so allegedly makes sure that her assistant has a handy pack of snacks just in case.
"Her assistant has a bag of celery sticks with her at all times," the insider claims.
According to the report Kim, who is set to tie the knot on May 24, is now working out five times a week and has cut out all carbohydrates like bread and pasta from her house and around her to avoid any slip ups.
"She'll eat veggies, but no noodles, rice or bread. It shocks her body. It's the only way to get the weight off. She does 100 squats each morning to lift her booty," an insider has previously said.
