Susanna Reid Afraid Of Sleeping Through 'Good Morning Britain' Debut

Susanna Reid has joked that she just won't go to bed at all on the night before her Good Morning Britain debut.

The former BBC Breakfast mainstay is set to join Ben Shephard, Charlotte Hawkins and Sean Fletcher on Monday morning (April 28) when the new venture kicks off on ITV.

It replaces Daybreak, which has continually struggled to keep hold of viewers since its launch at the turn of the decade.

On ITV's This Morning, the Strictly Come Dancing runner-up said: "I'm not sure I am going to go to bed at all on Sunday. Two alarm clocks are essential."

And it seems she's also feeling good about the first outing, with the first rehearsal apparently highlighting the good dynamic between the four presenters.

"Our first rehearsal together was a giggle and if you can have a giggle then you are off to a good start," she explained.

"It felt like we had known each other for ages."

Will you be testing out Good Morning Britain on Monday?
