The good news just keeps on coming for Seth Meyers.
The new Late Night host will emcee this year's Emmy Awards, it was announced last night.
The former Saturday Night Live writer has hosted the ESPYs twice and also the White House Correspondents' Dinner.
He takes over for last year's Emmys host, Neil Patrick Harris.
"Seth's expertise and ease in front of a live audience during his time at SNL, as well as his comedic brilliance both as a writer and in front of the camera on SNL and Late Night, makes him the perfect choice to host the Emmys," Paul Telegdy, President, Late Night and Alternative Programming, NBC Entertainment said in a statement.
The Emmys will air on August 25.
