Jodie Foster has married her girlfriend Alexandra Hedison after less than a year of dating.
The Hollywood star got hitched this weekend, her representative Jennifer Allen confirmed to E! Online earlier today (April 23).
Jodie, 51, shares two sons, Charles and Kit, with her former long-term partner Cydney Bernard.
She famously thanked Cydney while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Lifetime Achievement Award at the Golden Globes last year, despite their split in 2008.

It was in this speech that Jodie appeared to 'come out' although she was fairly vague about her sexuality but said that all she wanted was privacy.
Oscar winner Jodie is thought to have started dating photographer girlfriend Alexandra Hedison last summer.
The 44-year-old dated TV show host Ellen DeGeneres for three years before they split. She is also an actress having starred as Dylan Moreland on Showtime's hit lesbian drama series, The L Word, for three seasons.
Jodie and Alexandra have kept a fairly low profile, with the pair photographed together at Fox Studios in LA last year, as well as heading out to dinner with some friends just a few days later, sparking rumours that they were an item.
The couple were then spotted at the opening of Alan Cumming's Macbeth in New York a year ago but were not photographed.
