Karrueche Tran and his mother Joyce attended Chris Brown's pre-trial hearing last week, with things getting extremely emotional in the courtroom, according to reports. However, with the singer's trial for misdemeanour assault now being delayed until June, reports have said that Brown has also been "breaking down" to his girlfriend over the whole thing.
Chris is apparently getting more and more worried about the fact that he may have to spend four years behind bars, with insiders telling HollywoodLife that jail has been tearing the Yeah X3 singer apart.

"Kae couldn't believe it because he's rarely ever emotional with her," a source told the publication, adding: "He told her he's tired and that he couldn't sleep and how he doesn't know if he'll be able to fall asleep because he's nervous."
"He told her to keep her fingers crossed for him and keep good thoughts because he doesn't know what's going to happen," the source adds.

The 24-year-old had expected to begin his trial today after he was accused of assaulting Parker Adams outside of a Washington D.C. hotel last October.
The victim claims to have been hit by both Brown and bodyguard Christopher Hollosy during the incident that happened at around 4am in the morning.
Hollosy was scheduled to testify as a witness in Brown's case, but a judge ruled the case would be delayed until the appeal had been settled.
Prosecutors refused to give Hollosy immunity in Brown's case as they feared he would lie. He will make his next appearance in Washington on June 25 for a status hearing.
