Johnny Depp and Amber Heard confirmed their engagement earlier this year, and according to the actress' dad, David, the pair are planning to get wed sooner rather than later, with them even aiming to have children in the near future.
Johnny and Amber got engaged at Christmas and are planning to get married this autumn, David told Grazia magazine.
"There is a right way to do things and she and Johnny are the type of people that do it right. We will have grandchildren, but after the wedding," he told the publication from his Los Angeles home.
"They are both so busy right now, both doing films, so they have no date but it will be sooner rather than later. Probably this Fall," David continued.

Not just discussing Depp's romance with his daughter, David then went on to say that the star has been extra keen to marry Amber, after he split from Vanessa Paradis back in 2012.
"It's the time in Johnny's life where he is thinking he can spend more time with the kids," Amber's dad continued.

And despite the pair allegedly keen to settle down as soon as possible, sources recently said that they still have a wild sex life.
"Johnny and Amber have the steamiest sex in Hollywood," the source told Radar Online. "[They] have added erotic literature that's even more explicit than Fifty Shades of Grey to their repertoire. Amber introduced Johnny to some racy vintage paperbacks and now he's into collecting old photographic sex books and footage from the 1950s and earlier."
The insider added: "They'll read passages to each other from the books to spice up their already-hot relationship.
"It's pretty weird, but they've got a new thing every now and then — and this is this month's fun thing they do together."
