Andrew Garfield is rumoured to be considering a huge deal to play Spider-Man for at least four more movies, with the Brit actor said to be celebrating his mega bucks deal by splashing the cash on a love nest with girlfriend Emma Stone.
Andrew and Emma helped The Amazing Spider-Man 2 rake in a jaw dropping £331million worldwide when it was released last month, and studio bosses are now reportedly keen to lock Andrew in for a long-term deal for the franchise.
A senior source at Columbia Pictures, which jointly owns the franchise with Marvel Entertainment, has said, according to the Daily Star: "Andrew is already contracted to make two more films for release in 2015 and 2016. But we are looking to tie him to the role for as many as a further four pictures given the huge success the franchise is enjoying.
"The part is pretty much his for as long as he chooses", adds the source who also alleges that the actor has been offered a share of box office profits in order to seal the deal.

"Figures are looking great for the franchise, which should easily rack up half a billion dollars per movie. I would not be surprised if Andrew was able to accrue as much as £60million if he says yes to a profit-sharing deal as well as the huge salary per movie he now commands", explains the source.
And it looks like the actor is keen to splash some of that cash, with the star and his real life love Emma reportedly spotted house-hunting recently, eyeing up a £6.2million property in Los Angeles.
"Andrew has been looking for somewhere in LA for ages but he believes he has now found a place that is perfect for them", a source reveals of the actor who has dual UK and US citizenship.
The lovebirds are reportedly interested in the eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom property set in 21 acres, with the huge home said to feature its own mini-golf course, tennis courts, and an infinity pool while inside there's a gym, wine cellar and a cinema room.
An estate agent involved in the sale has told the Daily Star: "There is a little wiggle room on the price because the current owner is in a rush to sell. But there's no doubt it's a home fit for any Hollywood star."
