It may have looked effortless, but Jennifer Aniston has confessed that the famous 'Rachel' hairstyle was hard to maintain.
In an interview with ABC News, the actress who sparked a trend with her hair during the height of the hit sitcom, Friends' popularity, said:
"'The Rachel' was one of the hardest hairstyles to maintain. Me and the blow dryer and the hairbrush weren't meant for each other.
"It really was a 'hairdo.'"

The actress then went on to admit that she didn't do a great job when she was left to do her own hair. Referring to her hair stylist, Jen who has continued to have great hair, added:
"When Chris would style it my hair would be great, it would look gorgeous. But then when I was left to my own devices, it wouldn't look the same!"

"It's funny and entertaining in a way, and it's of course very flattering to say the least," Jennifer went on comment before adding that she finds it funny when she gets compliments about her hair.
"But I always have such a chuckle when I hear people saying I have great hair because as a kid it was always a challenge."
