Hip hop rapper and producer has got his eye on the property, according to reports
Dr Dre will reportedly become the hip-hop's first billionaire after recieving an offer of $3.2 billion from Apple for Beats Electronics, and is now close to signing a $50 million deal for Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brad's whopping $50 million mansion.
The rapper and producer, who seemingly confirmed the billion dollar Beats deal last week in a Tyrese Gibson video (now deleted), wants the huge custom-made Brentwood mansion.

An insider reportedly told the New York Post: "Dre put an offer on the mansion as soon as it came on the market, and is a few weeks away from closing."
Gisele and Tom built the eco-friendly home over a number of years and recently announced the sale.
The couple shelled out $40 million to have the house built over four years, and it now boasts six bedrooms, a fully-equipped gym, library, infinity pool and even a moat and waterfall over 14,000 square feet.
NFL star Brady and supermodel Gisele reportedly want to move to Boston permanently where the two are now in the middle of constructing an even bigger home of 14,300 square-foot mansion over five acres of land.
The property-loving couple also recently spent $14 million on a New York apartment.
