Madonna is one of the hardest working women in music but even she was surprised when hitting the studio with DJ and producer Diplo last night, describing him as a "slave driver."
The 55-year-old has been hard at work on new material recently and teamed up with Katy Perry's rumoured boyfriend Diplo to experiment with a new sound, but she wasn't prepared for the amount of work he expected her to put in.

Teasing their collaboration, Madonna tweeted yesterday: "Working with @Diplo got me like................WHAAaaat?"
She later added: "Diplo is a slave driver! Got me working all hours of the night in the studio. Had to sneak into the bathroom! #clicclacclicclacbitchgetoffmyback."
Diplo later posted a photo on Instagram of him tapping away at a laptop wearing what appears to be Madonna's fishnet and lace fingerless gloves with the caption: "Working wit @madonna got me like this."
The queen of pop posted a similar photo on Instagram of herself wearing a pair of leather gloves, adding beside another snap: "Leather and Lace with Mozella in my face! She is my song Dog! Bow down...............#autotunebaby."

In March, Madonna revealed she was working on "great songs" alongside 'Wake Me Up' hitmaker Avicii, tweeting: "The End of a long week with Viking Leader AKA DJ Virgo AKA Avicii! So many great songs! #icantwait #revolution.
"My Viking Harem! Great Music Great Vibes! We were grinding on that. Wood!"
